Happy Easter Everyone

What a fun Easter it was!  Ethan celebrated his second Easter, although he still did not understand what was going on.  Easter next year will a lot of fun-the boys will be 2 and both Michael and Ethan should understand what is happening.

Next year we will start our Easter traditions by leaving carrots on the porch for the Easter Bunny and hiding Ethan's Easter basket.  My parents hid our Easter baskets when we were kids and I remember how much fun it was running around the house in search of my basket.  We always wanted to make sure we found ours first because who know what was missing from your basket after someone else found it.  (hmm Karen!)  The Easter Bunny was good to Ethan!  He scored a touch and feel Easter book, bubbles, chocolate Sees Easter Bunny (which I enjoyed), Yogurt Melts, Gerber Graduate Puffs, stuffed bunny and a pail and shovel for the beach.

Later we headed to my parents home to celebrate with the rest of the family.  My Mom put on an Easter egg hunt for the two little boys. Ethan and Michael got a lot of cool toys and yummy snacks!  Michael and Ethan both found a golden egg with $20.00 inside! SCORE!  Thanks Uncle J!  Ethan was totally into the hunt until he found the hose-one of his current obsessions!

Later Grandpa and Ethan practiced their pool skills.  Grandpa is teaching him to be a pool shark!
